Revenue Diagnostic
Your revenue is stuck and you do not know why.
There are seven places revenue gets stuck. Most businesses are losing it in two or three of them at once and spending money on the wrong one. The Diagnostic tests all seven against your real numbers and tells you which one to fix first.
Starts from R15,000. Written report in 5 business days.

Sound familiar
You are probably here because of one of these.
You are spending on marketing and revenue is flat
The invoices go out every month. The activity is real. The line on the revenue graph has not moved in a year, and nobody can tell you why.
People know you and still do not buy
Awareness is not the problem. Your name comes up. The meetings happen. Somewhere between the meeting and the invoice, it stops.
Customers buy once and disappear
Every quarter starts at zero. The clients you served last year are gone, not because anything went wrong, but because nothing kept them.
Everything runs through you
You close the deals. You approve the work. The business moves at the speed of your calendar and stops when you do.
Revenue is unpredictable
Two good months, one bad one, and no way to tell in advance which is coming. You cannot plan a hire or a stock order against a number you cannot forecast.
Your last agency reported vanity metrics
Impressions, reach, engagement rate. None of it answered the only question that mattered: what did this do to revenue?
What gets tested
Seven constraints. One of them is taking your revenue.
Four of them are stages of the same funnel: if buyers cannot find you, cannot decide, do not return, or never buy anything else. Three sit underneath and stop the other four working at all.
How it runs
What actually happens.
- 01
You answer six questions
An intake questionnaire that takes about fifteen minutes. Your pipeline, your pricing, your channels, your retention, and what you have already tried.
- 02
We find the constraint
A thirty minute interview to test what the answers suggest, then the work: your numbers read against all seven constraints, with the one doing the most damage isolated.
- 03
You get it in writing
A written report in 5 business days. The constraint, the evidence for it, what it is costing, and what to do about it in priority order.
What you get
What you get
A revenue assessment
Where the money comes from now, what each channel actually produces, and which parts of it you could not replace tomorrow.
The constraint, named
Which of the seven is costing you most, with the evidence from your own numbers rather than an opinion about your category.
Whether the target is feasible
An honest read on the number you are trying to hit, the date you want to hit it by, and what would have to be true for both.
The recommended next step
What to do first, what it would take, and roughly what it costs. Including the times the answer is that you do not need us.
What is included
What R15,000 buys.
- An intake questionnaire covering pipeline, pricing, channels and retention
- A 30 minute interview to test what the answers point at
- A written report in 5 business days
- The fee credited if you move to a larger engagement within 30 days
You keep the diagnosis whether or not you work with us afterwards.
The report is yours. If it says the answer is something we do not sell, or that you should spend the money on your product instead of on marketing, it will say that, and you will still have it in writing.
Tell us where it is stuck.
Six questions here, the rest in the questionnaire. The report comes back in 5 business days.

Questions
What people ask before they start.
Is this a sales pitch with a report attached?
No. You keep the diagnosis whether or not you work with us afterwards, and the report says what it says. If the honest answer is that your offer needs work before anybody spends on marketing, that is what it will tell you.
What if I already know what the problem is?
Then say so on the form. If you are right, a Revenue Sprint from R35,000 fixes it in thirty days and you have saved yourself the diagnostic fee. Most people who are certain turn out to be half right, which is why the fee is credited if you move to a larger engagement within 30 days.
How is this different from a free consultation call?
A call is an hour of somebody's opinion. This is a structured audit of your pipeline, your pricing, your channels and your retention, written up so you can act on it or hand it to somebody else to act on.
What size of business is this for?
Businesses with a product that already sells and revenue that has stopped behaving the way it should. If you are pre-revenue, the constraint is usually the offer itself, and this is not the right first purchase.
Can the fee be credited?
Yes. Move to a Sprint, a Campaign or Growth Systems within 30 days of the report and the diagnostic fee comes off the engagement.
